Visa Medical Information
The Cayman Islands Visa Medical price is £410
A medical examination must be completed by a practitioner fully registered as a medical doctor from theUnitedKingdom, UnitedStates, or Canada. Individuals or companies submitting the applications need to ensure they remain in compliance with what is required, and that the medical declaration cover letter is signed and dated by the medical practitioner carrying out their examination.
The Cayman Islands Visa Medical includes:
- Medical Examination as required
- Blood tests (Syphilis & HIV)
- Urinalysis
- Chest X-Ray (Chest X-rays are valid for five years)
- Medical practitioners are advised to perform any tests that might be desirable depending on the disease prevalence in the respective countries

We will provide these forms for you on the day but it is your responsibility to ensure your forms are up to date.
What to bring
Please bring along the following to your appointment
- Photo ID – International Passport, Drivers License
- Your glasses or contacts
- List of any medication you are taking
- Any relevant clinic letters, test results/reports
- 1 x Passport sized Photograph
Essential Notes
The Medical examinations are valid for one (1) year. Chest Xrays are valid for five (5) years.
The Medical Examinations Form must be signed, stamped, or sealed and retained by the medical examiner.
Workforce Opportunities & Residency Cayman (WORC) reserves the right to require additional medical examinations at any time.
After Your Assessment
Please allow 3-5 working days for your visa medical to be finalised. Once complete, it will be emailed to you, and the original document can be collected from reception, posted to you, or sent directly to your agent, if preferred.
