YEHS Ambulatory Blood Pressure Monitoring Service

Ambulatory Blood Pressure Monitoring Service

Ambulatory Blood Pressure Monitoring (ABPM) is a method for tracking blood pressure over a 24-hour period, providing more accurate data than a single clinic reading. It helps diagnose hypertension and tailor treatments for better results.

Loan Agreement Overview:

YEHS offers ABPM devices for short-term use at home without the need to buy one. The loan requires agreeing to terms to ensure the equipment is well-maintained for future patients.

Key Terms:

  • Cost: £50 per week plus a £50 refundable deposit.
  • Return: The device must be returned within 1 week, either by tracked postage or in person to 25 Harley Street, London.
  • Damage & Late Return: The deposit is forfeited if the device is damaged or returned late. Repair costs can be up to £150, or full replacement if necessary.
  • Device Care: The borrower is responsible for the device’s safety and proper use. Any issues should be reported to YEHS immediately.

Loan Process:

  1. Agree to the loan terms and sign the acknowledgment form.
