Refund Policy 

Introduction
Your Excellent Health Service (YEHS) aims to provide high-quality, compassionate care. If you are not satisfied with a service or need to cancel, our refund policy ensures clarity and fairness for all clients.

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds are available for services cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a £100 cancellation fee, except in cases of medical emergency or at our discretion.
  • It will cost £50 to re-schedule an appointment on the day.
  • Physical products (such as home test kits) can be refunded if returned unused and unopened within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Services already rendered (consultations, treatments)
  • Partially used products or opened test kits
  • Missed appointments (no-shows)

How to Request a Refund

  • Contact us via email at yehs@yourexcellenthealth.org or call +44 (0)20 4617 6186.
  • Provide your name, appointment date, and reason for the request.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days, using the original payment method.
Exceptions
If a service was not delivered as described or there was an error on our part, a full refund will be issued.

This policy is superceded by any specific refund policies outlined in a service contract with you. In cases of dispute, our management will review and resolve the matter fairly.
